This joint support is excellent! I ordered it for a 45-year-old relative who regularly works out. He takes it in courses up to four times a year. This is not the first time I've ordered this complex. It significantly helps my joints and my knee pain has diminished. This is the only way I found to restore my joints! I ordered two cans for myself, my wife, and my parents, who are over 60. It's a well-balanced professional complex for joint restoration with glucosamine and chondroitin essential for cartilage. Initially, my parents were hesitant, but after I explained the benefits, they have taken it and feel better. For maintaining healthy joints during training, two courses a year are adequate, though longer courses may be ideal for older individuals, ideally after consulting a doctor.
